Curator Magazine Article: “Shoot The Terminal”

Shoot The Terminal – Curator Magazine Link

Shown here is the logo created by John Hendrix for the online publication Curator MagazineShoot The Terminal was a fun project showcasing life inside the airport terminal.  Whenever I find myself stuck in an airport, I always seem to find a rich mix of subject matter that screams to be photographed.  Curator Magazine is a web based publication coming out of the International Arts Movement.  IAM was founded by a passionate, visionary artist named Makoto Fujimura. I was inspired by Makoto Fujimura when I viewed an interview segment on him shown in one of the DVD sessions of The Truth Project.  His vision of portraying “a world that ought to be” through art resonates with my own deep spiritual conviction that Christian artists need to engage the arts and media as they seek to glorify God.

Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.

Philippians 4:8
